David L. Grobart has over 25 years of successful experience in retail real estate development, acquisitions, leasing, construction lending, commercial transactions and corporate law matters.
David excelled as Senior Counsel to Walgreens’ real estate and retail store expansion program nationally, and in its distribution center development. At Walgreens, he fine tuned his unique ability to close deals quickly while delivering favorable outcomes for the company. His experience in all aspects of land use and zoning matters, including conducting hearings necessary to obtain required governmental permits and development approvals is invaluable. He is an exceptional resource on the industry in general and can strategically guide future growth and development. In addition to his work at Walgreens, David brings his profound expertise, commitment to excellence and years of experience in private practice as Managing Partner of several commercial real estate practices nationally and in Puerto Rico to the firm that bears his name. The firm continues to represent entrepreneurial developers, syndicated investment groups, large national real estate firms, governmental entities and rapidly expanding retailers.
